What is Worry?
This video module briefly talks about worry and helps you to consider whether worrying is a problem for you. Some people say that worry is over-thinking or fretting. Worrying can cause anxiety symptoms and they can be overwhelming. Worrying is having chains of negative thinking about things that might happen in the future. Worries are often things that we don’t currently have control over and worrying can lead to even more worrying which results in wearing us out and making us feel ill. As you can see worrying is very common.
