Chair Yoga: Full Body – 20 Minute Practice – Accessible Movement
Chair yoga can be great for seniors or those with limited mobility. These practices are also great for those who just sit all day and need a quick mobility break at their desks. (ie, almost EVERYONE!) The chair is used as an apparatus that can help you feel supported in movement and stretches.
