We’re going to look at avoidance and safety behaviours and how they link with anxiety.
What happens to our behaviour when we feel anxious? Have you noticed that feelings of anxiety to change behaviours, perhaps where we go, what we do or when we do it.
When we experience anxiety one of the consequences can often be that we start to avoid certain situations and places where we predict our anxiety will occur.
